Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly request that any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments be made at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Clients who need to change or cancel their booking must contact us no later than two (2) hours before their appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Failure to provide at least two (2) hour’s notice may result in a cancellation fee or impact future booking privileges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
